Refund policy
A refund request has to be filed within 14 days after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Products that include digital downloads are not eligible for a return. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at mail@schrahki.com. You will then receive instructions on where to send your return.
The return cost is the customer’s responsibility. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipment Damages & Lost Packages
Please note that I am not responsible for packages that have been lost or held up at your local post office or customs office. I cannot provide complete refunds for things that are damaged or lost in transit because I have no control over how a package is handled after it has been dispatched.
Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Cancellations
You may request a cancelation at any time until your order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after you receive a shipping notification. After canceling your order, refunds may take up to 10 days to reappear in your account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
