Shipping policy

All items from this store are shipped from Germany via Deutsche Post / DHL.

The price of each option depends on the size and weight of the package and the area you order from, and is calculated at checkout - please carefully select your preferred delivery option. The delivery options will have a suffix depending on your area: DE (Domestic), EU (Europe), or INT (International). The meaning of the signs in brackets is: "⦸ = without" and "✓ = with".

For DE & EU orders, you can choose between a tracked & insured or a cheaper untracked & uninsured shipping option. They are labeled with the following two descriptions:

International (INT) orders are shipped with tracked & insured shipping only.

We are not responsible for orders that may go missing or undelivered during transit, so choosing an option with a tracking number and insurance during checkout is strongly encouraged.

There are some regions we are currently unable to deliver to. This includes Ethiopia, North Korea, Niger, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Indonesia, Ukraine, Cuba, Libya, Singapore, Somalia, Turkey, and Yemen. 

Processing Times

Orders are fulfilled and shipped out as soon as possible. We try to ship out orders once or twice a week, depending on the order volume. You will receive a notification via email once your order has been shipped out (including a tracking number if you chose a shipping method with tracking during checkout).

Shipping Estimations

Once your order has been shipped, these are the typical delivery time estimates, depending on where you are located:

●  Domestic (Germany): 1-3 business days
●  Europe: 3-14 business days
●  Everywhere else: 14-21 business days

If you are located in the US, please expect longer delivery times at the moment (10+ weeks).

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs). Please consult your country's requirements and duties for import services before placing your order.
